A: There is an aid station every 3 Km.

Q: Can I run with my child during the kids race?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I wear headphones during the race?
A: Runner safety is our #1 priority. If listening to music prevents, or jeopardizes any runner safety you may be disqualified from the race. We have found that earbuds, or headphones that completely cover the ear prevent runners from hearing course marshal instructions, and outside ambient sounds (e.g. vehicles/traffic). Our races take place on shared roadways with vehicles, and cyclists at times and Race Organizers are not able to obtain complete closures of all course roadways. When runners share roadways with traffic it can be very dangerous if they are unable to hear the surrounding traffic, signals from race officials, police, or instructions from course marshals.

Q: How difficult is the course?
A: Moderate. Mostly flat on asphalt trails with about 3 Km on packed dirt/gravel. Some undulations with 2 hills of about 20m elevation gain over 150 meter distance.

Q: Does my time stop if I use the bathroom during my race?
A: If you're wearing a watch you can stop time on your watch, but your chip time will continue to count.

Q: Will I have an enjoyable experience?
A: On a course like this? By all means you will!
